I know it&#8217;s because I really enjoy needlepoint and this time the canvas isn&#8217;t in stretcher bars. The project had to be easy to transport because it has to travel in my carry-on bag on the plane.\u00a0 The Lighthouse has also been to the local water park and waited with me at the orthodontist office.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first time in several years that I haven&#8217;t used stretcher bars and it&#8217;s fun to not be restricted with how I support the canvas when stitching. The finished project will, no doubt, need to be blocked. That&#8217;s not too hard, though, with a good blocking board.
